Aleksandar Lugonja
Executive Director and CEO of the company

Aleksandar took over ownership and management of PBD in 2020. He set the vision for the company and ensured its continued profitability over the past 5 years.
In 2021, the company achieved a net profit of exceeding CZK 10 million.

Aleksandar started his professional career in the field of Corporate Finance and Investment Banking in the leading Austrian Investment Company EPIC (“European Privatization and Investment Corporation”) further on he continued his professional career working as the senior investment manager for the Slovak Financial Group “Slavia Capital”.

Subsequently, he was a senior member of M&A Investment Banking team of the leading Central European and Czech investment Bank “WOOD and Company”.
From 2008 to 2012, Aleksandar worked as an senior advisor and deputy Director of fully state owned
“Czech Export Bank” where he led key investment projects in Energy, Infrastructure and Heavy Industry field in the CEE and CIS region.

Aleksandar earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and law from the “Anglo American University” in Prague, subsequently in 2002, he received an Executive MBA in Finance from prestigious French financial and business School “École supérieure de commerce et management” from Paris.

Jiřina Lugonja

Between 2004 and 2010, Jiřina gained experience in the field of accounting and financial management in the leading multinational company “Hero Czech” s.r.o. Prior to that position Jiřina spend more than 5 years working in accountant department in the leading French multinational company pharmaceutical “Servier s.r.o.”
